Boston, Massachusetts.  $150,000,000.00.  Broker for the sale of real estate properties located throughout the United States which included apartments, office buildings and hotel facilities

Liberty Real Estate Corp., Boston, Massachusetts. $100,000,000.00. Arranged construction and permanent debt for commercial properties including hotels, apartments, office buildings and senior living facilities located throughout the United States.

Mall of the Americas, Miami, Florida.  $40,000,000.  Secured acquisition and rehabilitation loan for a joint venture comprised of Balcor Development Corp. and Levy-Schlesinger Company.

Sonesta Sanibel Harbour Hotel, Sanibel Harbour, Florida.  $33,000,000. Structured the first institutional grade, privately placed mortgage backed security for the development of a resort hotel.

Singer Island Holiday Inn, Singer Island, Florida.  $14,000,000. Construction loan secured for First City Development Corp., a subsidiary of the Belzberg organization, later replaced with a $16,000,000 permanent mortgage from Equitable Life Assurance Society of America.

Advance Tower, Miami, Florida.  $15,500,000. Secured permanent mortgage for a 93,000 square foot high rise office building from Heller Financial Services.

Andrx Corporation, Weston, Florida.  As tenant's representative, negotiated the lease for a 152,089 square foot build-to-suit office/warehouse facility in the Weston Business Center. 

American Telnet, Inc., Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.  As tenants representative, negotiated the lease for a 45,000 square foot build-to-suit office building in the Atrium Office Park at Southpointe.

Stephens, Lynn, Klein & McNicholas, P.A., Miami, Florida.  Acted as tenant's representative to negotiate lease and options for 40,000 square feet on two penthouse levels at Two Datran Center.

Tiger Direct, Miami, Florida.  As tenant=s representative, negotiated the lease for 32,308 square feet at 8700 West Flagler Street.

Cohen, Berke, Bernstein, Brodie & Kondell, P.A., Miami, Florida.   As tenant representative, conducted market analysis of competitive Class "A" office buildings throughout Dade County and negotiated a 15,000 square foot, 10 year lease, for a full floor in Terremark Centre.

Florida Yacht Basin, Miami, Florida.  As court appointed Receiver, supervised environmental remediation and installation of pollution control systems for a twelve acre boat yard located on the Miami River, in accordance with the requirements of a consent agreement with the Department of Environmental Resource Management.

Office Portfolio, South Florida.  Assembled a portfolio of commercial properties with high vacancies. Through renovations and aggressive marketing, leased up properties and created significant equity above acquisition costs.  Some acquisitions were made with national institutions as investment partners while other acquisition partners included high net worth individuals.
